Worried About This Month Bill

Sigh... Im so worried about this month bill, cos today(31/1/2013) early in the morning i switch on my phone internet and it appear some update data and asked me to click on it, so i click it and it download for a while!( I doesn't wan to click on download but i have no choice it cant be cancel at all!!) :'(  And suddenly it appear five app, and i wanted to delete it but i cant, they only allow me to force stop or disable it, so i click both of them and it stop, but the app still at my phone!! :'( And i doesn't know what to do at all, im worried than it will cost lots of money this month, so hoping not costing at all....
But when i put on my earpiece into my phone hole but they appear something on it so i click cancel and after i try to take out and put it on again to see it still have a not, but after i put it back and it does not appear at all and the earpiece thing that cannot be short cut anymore :'( 

 What have i done today??? Why suddenly my phone got so many thing appear after download????? :'( How should i do???
