Will I Be Able To Go Tomorrow???

Sigh... tomorrow is the day that all the kids are havin art compition in kkh but... My MSW told me she will call me on the 2nd oct but i waitted so long she didnt even call at all!! Should I wait or should i choose not to go?? Im scared that tomorrow it rain again :(
I just hope that tomorrow doesnt rain and be sunny, i just hopin to go for a while and see the compition!! 求求你明天不要下雨, 我想要去看一下!! :)
